This site is administered on behalf of Guy Schalom, based in London, UK.  Please contact us here if you need our full registered address.

We don’t store any of your personal data when you use Guy Schalom websites.  If you contact us via the contact form, we will collect only your first name, last name and email address.  If you sign up to our mailing list, we will only collect your email address.  Your IP and location may also be stored securely via our online internet fraud and security partner.

We only collect the personal data we need in order to contact you regarding your query, to verify your identity and to protect us from spam and harassment.  No additional data will be collected unless we specifically request it from you in order to complete our contract with you.  Once a booking is made, we may request and store your telephone number and address in order to contact you at short notice and to verify your identity.

We may ask for and publish your approved publicity photos and approved biography publicly in order to promote events in which you are involved.  We will delete these if you ask us to.

We do not collect your financial details unless we specifically ask you for it and need to send you money electronically.  We do not collect any sensitive data (e.g. regarding your background or political views etc.).

We may save your email address in order to contact you in relation to similar events, products and opportunities in which you have previously shown an interest.  You can let us know by email or using the contact form here any time you wish this data to be deleted from our records and we will remove it immediately.

If you make a financial transaction with Guy Schalom or a company in which he is involved, a record of the transaction will be kept for a minimum of six years for tax auditing purposes.

We will not share your personal data with any third party except where the law requires it or when we need to pass this information on in order for us to fulfil our contract with you, for example: when booking accommodation on your behalf for our residential events or booking your travel.

If we store your email address or other personal data, we will do so securely using reputable online providers and industry standard contact management systems.  We currently use YMLP.  We will never sell your personal data.

We will periodically ensure that this data is up to date and correct.  And you can at any time ask us to update this information and we will do so within 28 days.

We will not use your personal data for any reasons other than those mentioned above.

We will protect the security and integrity of your personal data using the most appropriate technical and organisational safeguards available.

You are entitled to a copy of the data we hold about you.  Simply contact us here and we will provide this within 28 days, free of charge.

If your personal data is subject to a data breach as defined by General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we will let you know and will inform the ICO within 72 hours.

If you are unhappy about how your information is being used please contact us here and we will resolve the issue immediately.  You are also entitled to contact the ICO regarding your complaint.

By contacting us using our online contact form or directly by email, you consent to the use of your personal data as outlined above.  You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us here.
